This paper contains two sections. The first section is introductory, here the authors recall some basic notations and definitions which are used throughout the paper. By \(C_{11}(st_2)\), the authors denote the set of all double sequences which are statistically summable \((C,1,1)\). The second section contains the main results of the paper. In this section, the authors prove some inequalities related to the concepts of \(C_{11}(st_2)\)-conservative matrices, \(C_{11}(st_2)\)-\(\lim\sup\) and \(C_{11}(st_2)\)-\(\lim\inf\). Some other relevant results are also given in the form of lemmas.
