    The boundary characteristic point regularity for semilinear reaction-diffusion equations with homogeneous Dirichlet conditions is considered. It is shown that Petrovskii regularity criterion for the heat equations can be generalized at the case of semilinear parabolic equation. Blow-up approach was applied for this purpose.
