Let \(\widehat\Gamma\) be the extended modular group. In the paper under review the authors prove that \(\widehat\Gamma\) acts on \(\widehat{\mathbb Q}=\mathbb Q\cup\{\infty\}\) transitively and imprimitively. They calculate the number of orbits of the congruence subgroup \(\widehat\Gamma_0(N)\) on \(\widehat{\mathbb Q}\). Also the suborbital graphs for the action of \(\widehat\Gamma\) on \(\widehat{\mathbb Q}\) are considered.
