By using topological methods, the continuation principle and the bounding function method, the authors consider the existence of solutions to Dirichlet boundary value problems of the form: \[ \begin{cases} x''(t)\in F(t,x(t),x'(t)),\\ x(0)=x(T)=0, \end{cases} \] where \(F: [0,T]\times E\times E \multimap E\) is an upper Carathéodory mapping with compact, convex values while \(E\) is a Banach space having the Radon-Nikodym property. The results given in the paper are new and interesting.
