This paper is concerned with the traveling wave solutions of a viscous Fisher-KPP equation. Combining the geometric singular perturbation method with the classical results of Fisher-KPP equation, the existence of traveling wave solutions as well as the asymptotic behavior of traveling wave solutions are established for small \(\varepsilon >0\) and \(c<-2 \sqrt{f'(0)}\). Then the exponential stability of traveling wave solutions is studied by Evans functions, spectral analysis.
