In earlier studies, the authors have found conditions for survival, extinction and coexistence for stochastically perturbed voter models that derive from the Lotka-Volterra equations. The present paper departs from the stochastic spatial Lotka-Volterra model introduced by \textit{C. Neuhauser} and \textit{S. W. Pacala} [Ann. Appl. Probab. 9, No. 4, 1226--1259 (1999; Zbl 0948.92022)]. The major goal is to prove a complete convergence theorem for a class of symmetric voter model perturbations with annihilating duals (extending to affine and geometric ones). It is shown that under suitable conditions it is possible to determine all stationary distributions and their domains of attraction.
