In this paper, the author first obtains a weighted norm of Muckenhoupt-Wheeden type for gradients of solutions to the Dirichlet problem with measure data \(\mu\) on Reifenberg flat domains \(\Omega\), that is, \[ \begin{cases} -\operatorname{div}\mathcal A(x,\nabla u)=\mu & \text{in }\Omega,\\ u=0 & \text{on }\partial \Omega,\end{cases} \] where the nonlinearity \(\mathcal{A}:\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R^{n}\to\mathbb R^{n}\) is a Carathéodory function satisfying some growth and ellipticity conditions. Secondly, he applies the first result to obtain a sharp existence result for the Riccati-type equation \[ \begin{cases} -\operatorname{div}\mathcal{A}(x,\nabla u)=\left|\nabla u\right|^{q}\mu & \text{in }\Omega,\\ u=0 & \text{on }\partial \Omega \end{cases} \] with a gradient source term of arbitrary power law growth.
