The framework of deformation quantization of complex varieties allows one to seek analogous picture of the usual complex geometry. The paper under the review studies Fourier-Mukai transforms in the DQ (deformation quantization) settings. Consider the integral transform whose kernel is given by a complex of DQ-modules with coherent cohomologies. The main result of the paper is that such a transfom gives an equivalence of the derived categories of DQ-modules if and only if the graded commutative kernel associated to it induces an equivalence of the derived categories of coherent sheaves. The proof of the ``if'' part is by the cohomological completion. A key ingredient of the ``only if'' proof is the notion of the qcc (cohomologically complete and graded quasi-coherent) modules introduced in the previous work of the author. Using the adjoint functors between the derived category of qcc modules and the derived category of quasi-coherent sheaves, the author reduced the statement to the checking of the equivalence for a compact generator of the triangulated category of qcc objects. The paper is well-written and worth reading, including the brief summary of Kashiwara and Schapira's framework of DQ-modules and of some fundamental results on qcc modules.
