The present paper deals with a proof of absence of anomalous dissipation of energy for forced, viscous critical surface quasi-geostrophic equations in the two-dimensional case. It is shown that additional viscous dissipation does not leave any anomalous remanent dissipation for long time averaged solutions. The paper is organized very well. It is self-contained and in seven sections the corresponding survey, preliminary materials, and proof are given in detail.
