``The authors consider the generalized commutator of [the] fractional Hardy operator with a rough kernel as follows: \[ {\mathcal H}_{\Omega,A,\beta}^{m}f(x) = \frac{1}{| x |^{n - \beta}} \int_{| y | < | x |} \frac{\Omega(x-y)}{| x-y |^{m-1}} R_m(A;x,y) f(y) \, dy, \] where [\dots] \( R_m(A;x,y) = A(x) - \sum_{ | \gamma | <m} \frac{1}{\gamma} D^{\gamma}A(y)(x-y)^{\gamma}\) '' (quotation from the authors' abstract) is the \(m\)-th remainder of the Taylor series of the function \(A\) at \(y\) about \(x\), and \(\Omega\) satisfies the moment condition \[ \int_{S^{n-1}} \Omega (x) x^{\gamma} d\sigma(x) =0, \] with \(| \gamma | = m-1\). They prove that \({\mathcal H}_{\Omega,A,\beta}^{m}\) is bounded on Herz type spaces and \(\lambda\)-central Morrey spaces when \(D^{\gamma}A\) belongs to some central BMO space \(\text{CBMO}^q(\mathbb R^n)\).
