    Summary: By using a fixed-point theorem of strict-set-contraction, we investigate the existence of positive periodic solutions for a class of the following impulsive neutral Lotka-Volterra systems with distributed delays: \[ x_i'(t)=x_i(t) [r_i(t)-\sum^n_{j=1} a_{ij}(t)x_j (t)-\sum^n_{j=1} b_{ij}(t)\int^0_{-\tau_{ij}} f_{ij}(\xi)x_j(t+\xi)\,d\xi \] \[ -\sum^n_{j=1} c_{ij}(t)\int^0_{-\sigma_{ij}}g_{ij} (\xi)x_j'(t+\xi) \,d\xi],\;\Delta x_i(t_k= -I_{ik} (x_i(t_k)),\;i=1,2,\dots,n,\;k=1,2,\dots \] Some verifiable criteria are established easily.
