    Kirkman frames of type \(h^u m^1\) with \(m > 0\) and \(u \geq 3\) can exist only when \(h \equiv 0 \pmod{2}\), \(h \equiv m \pmod{6}\), \(hu \equiv 0 \pmod{3}\), \(0< m \leq h(u-1)/2\), and if \(u=3\) then \(m=h\). In [\textit{G. Ge} et al., Des. Codes Cryptography 45, No. 2, 157--184 (2007; Zbl 1185.05019)], these necessary conditions were shown to be sufficient when \(2 \leq h \leq 12\), leaving 24 possible exceptions. In this paper, the 24 possible exceptions are all settled affirmatively. Further, the necessary conditions are shown to be sufficient whenever \(h \equiv 0 \pmod{12}\).
