The author considers an iterated function system (IFS) of similitudes on an Euclidean space with an associated selfsimilar set \(K\). He defines two graphs on the representing symbolic space, and shows that if the set \(K\) has a positive Lebesgue measure or the IFS satisfies the weak separation condition, then these graphs are hyperbolic.
