Let \(h\) and \(d\) be arbitrary integers satisfying \(h>1\) and \(d>3\). In this paper the author constructs examples of non-normal very ample integral convex polytopes of dimension \(d\) having precisely \(h\) holes. (Note that the examples in the case \(d=3\) were known before.)
