Let \(\mathbb R^{1|n}\) be the real \((1, n)\)-superspace and \(\mathcal{K}(n)\) the Lie superalgebra of contact vector fields on \(\mathbb R^{1|n}.\) There is a \(1\)-parameter action of \(\mathcal{K}(n)\) on \(C^{\infty}(\mathbb R^{1|n})\) which gives the \(\mathcal{K}(n)\)-module \(\mathfrak{F}_{\lambda}^{n},\) the space of all weighted densities on \(\mathbb R^{1|n}\) of weight \(\lambda\) (in case \(n=0\) we have \(\mathcal{K}(0)=\mathrm{Vect}\,\mathbb R\) and the corresponding orthosymplectic Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{osp}(0|2)\) has a basis of the form \(\{ \frac{d}{dx}, x\frac{d}{dx}, x^{2}\frac{d}{dx}\}\) and is isomorphic to \(\mathfrak{sl}(2)\)). Analogously one can define orthosymplectic Lie superalgebra \(\mathfrak{osp} (n|2)\) as a subalgebra of \(\mathcal{K}(n).\) The space of all differential operators on \(\mathbb R^{1|n}\) is also a \(\mathcal{K}(n)\)-module and the authors classify all \(\mathfrak{osp} (n|2)\)-invariant linear differential operators on \(\mathbb R^{1|n}\) acting in the space \(\mathfrak{F}_{\lambda}^{n}.\) The obtained results are used to compute the first differential cohomology of \(\mathcal{K}(n)\) with coefficients in \(\mathfrak{F}_{\lambda}^{n},\) vanishing on \(\mathfrak{osp} (n|2).\) The authors give a table with explicit basis for these cohomology spaces.
