In this work, the authors deal with the derivation of trace formulas for self-adjoint perturbations of self-adjoint operators such that the difference of the resolvents of the initial and perturbed operators is an element of a Schatten-von Neumann ideal \(\mathcal{S}^n\), \(n \in \mathbb{N}\). Their results extend previous works for perturbations corresponding to the resolvent difference in the Hilbert-Schmidt class \(\mathcal{S}^2\) and for perturbations in \(\mathcal{S}^n\), \(n \in \mathbb{N}\).
