Continuity spaces are investigated which satisfy the property that their induced quasi-uniformity is a uniformity. (In the terminology of the authors such spaces are said to fulfill the condition of uniformly vanishing asymmetry.) In particular, the paper discusses a construction of the (bi)completion for these spaces.
