Trace Hardy-Sobolev-Maz'ya inequalities for the half fractional Laplacian (Q2018435): Difference between revisions

In this paper, the authors obtain a new weighted Hardy-type estimate and then use it to derive and prove the trace Hardy-Sobolev-Maz'ya inequalities with best Hardy constants for weakly mean convex domains. In particular, the Hardy-Sobolev-Maz'ya inequality for the spectral half Laplacian is established. This result covers the critical case left as an open problem in [the authors, Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 208, No. 1, 109--161 (2013; Zbl 1260.35243)].
