The authors consider the interior Dirichlet problem for Laplace's equation \[ \left\{ \begin{matrix} \Delta u(P)=0, & P\in \Delta, \\ u(P)=g(P), & P\in\sum, \end{matrix}\right. \] where \(g\) is a given sufficiently smooth boundary function on \(\sum\). The most popular methods to solve such a problem, for instance collocation, Galerkin and Nyström methods, are based on piecewise polynomial approximations with graded meshes. In this paper, they provide a complete analysis of natural quadrature method numerical solution of \((-\pi +K)\psi =g\). They convert \((-\pi +K)\psi =g\) into on equivalent system of boundary integral equations of the second kind. In this paper, a new modification is proposed and the stability and convergence of the described ``modified'' procedure are fully investigated. The linear systems arising from the discretization of the system of boundary integral equations are well conditioned. Section 3 is devoted to describing the numerical procedure and to establishing the main theorems about its stability and convergence. Section 4 is about the proofs of the theoretical results and in Section 5, five numerical examples are given.
