For Gabor frames, the stability means that \(\{\phi_{mb, na}: m,n\mathbb{Z}\}\) is still a frame if \(\phi\), \(a\) or \(b\) has small perturbation. In this paper, the authors present a new notion of the stability of Gabor frames and Gabor Riesz sequences with respect to general deformations of phase space. Also they introduce a general concept of deformation which is called Lipschitz deformation, where it includes both the jitter error and linear deformations as a special case.
