    The following predator-prey model with two delays is considered \[ \frac{\partial u(t,a)}{\partial t}+\frac{\partial u(t,a)}{\partial a}=-\mu u(t,a),~~ \text{for}~~ a\geq 0, \] \[ \frac{d V(t)}{dt}=rV(t)\left(1-\frac{V(t)}{K}\right)-\frac{V(t)\int_0^{\infty}u(t,a)da}{h+V(t)}, \] \[ u(t,0)=\frac{\eta V(t-\tau_1)\int_0^{\infty}\beta(a)u(t,a)da}{h+V(t-\tau_1)}, \] \[ U(0,\cdot)=u_0\in L^1((0,\infty),R),~ V_0=\phi\in C([-\tau_1,0],R). \] The existence of Hopf bifurcation is shown. Numerical simulations illustrate the obtained results.
