The primary purpose of this paper is to determine a formula for the \(F\)-pure threshold of a homogeneous polynomial \(f\) of degree \(n+1\) in a polynomial ring generated by \(n+1\) variables over a field of characteristic \(p\) sufficiently large in terms of the order of vanishing \(h\) of the Hasse Invariant on the versal deformation space of Proj \(R/fR\). In this case, the formula is fpt\((f)=1-\frac{h}{p}\). In general, determining the order of vanishing can be quite difficult, but by work of \textit{A. Ogus} [Math. Res. Lett. 8, No. 1--2, 35--41 (2001; Zbl 1028.14013)], it is known for Calabi-Yau hypersurfaces. The authors also give forumlas for the \(F\)-pure threshold of quartics in \(\mathbb{P}^2\) of odd prime characteristic.
