The authors in a series of papers, the first one is [J. Algebra 358, 178-188 (2012; Zbl 1262.20023)], the last one is part V [J. Algebra Appl. 13, No. 7, Article ID 1450032 (2014; Zbl 1305.20022)], have solved completely the problem of classification of finite \(p\)-groups \(G\) with a minimal non-Abelian subgroup of index \(p\), proposed by Y. Berkovich. The present paper attacks the case when the group \(G\) has at least two minimal non-Abelian subgroups of index \(p\), \(d(G)=3\), \(\Phi(G)\leq Z(G)\), \(G'\) is isomorphic to \(C_3^p\), while the second paper [Sci. China, Math. 57, No. 4, 737-753 (2014; Zbl 1316.20015)], settles the case when \(G'\) is isomorphic to a proper subgroup of \(C_3^p\). As an application of the classification, the authors determine all the metahamiltonian groups among the groups described.
