The authors discuss improved regularity results for the Poisson's equation \(-\Delta u=f\) in \(\mathbb{R}^N\), \(N\geq 2\), where the data \(f\) satisfies \(f\in L^p(\mathbb{R}^N)\). The approach relies on some sharp estimates for the modified logarithmic or Newtonian potential.
