In this work, the following main theorem is proved: Let \(M\) be an \(n\)-dimensional non-degenerate affine hypersurface the difference tensor \(K\) of which satisfying \(\nabla^{(\alpha)}K=0\) for some nonzero constant \(\alpha\). If \(K^{n-1}\not=0\), then \(M\) is locally affine equivalent to the generalized Cayley hypersurfaces.
