In the paper under review, the quasisymmetric geometry of Cantor circles as the Julia set of rational maps is described theoretically and analytically, as well as by pictures using particular numerical values. This paper explores many interesting mathematical computations and calculations in terms of several lemmas to compute the Cantor circles as the Julia set. For this purpose, the authors consider three families of parabolic rational maps and show that every Cantor set of circles as the Julia set of a non-hyperbolic rational map must be quasisymmetrically equivalent to the Julia set of one map in these families for suitable parameters. The authors provide a complete quasisymmetric classification of Cantor circles as the Julia sets of rational maps under the dynamical behaviors. Constructions of three families of non-hyperbolic rational maps are given. The respective Julia sets of these families of rational maps are Cantor circles with one parabolic fixed point, two parabolic fixed points and parabolic periodic points. In spite of this diverse behaviour, the authors establish a theorem describing the regularity of the components of the Cantor circles. A sufficient and necessary condition for a component of a Cantor circle to be a quasicircle is established. Moreover, some results which are scarcely available in the literature on the quasisymmetric properties on the Julia sets of rational maps are reviewed. This paper may significantly contribute to the research on complex dynamics since the study of topological properties of Julia sets is very important in complex dynamics.
