The authors study the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the two-dimensional incompressible non-resistive magneto-hydrodynamics system with non-equilibrium background magnetic field. Under suitable assumptions on given initial data, a unique global solution is constructed to the system by combining the energy arguments with the algebraic structure of the system.
