The authors investigate equivalence constants between various polynomial norms. One of the main applications are sharp values of the Hardy-Littlewood constants for \(2\)-homogeneous polynomials on \(l_{p}^{2}\) spaces (when \(p=\infty\), the Hardy-Littlewood inequalities are precisely the Bohnenblust-Hille inequalities). The value of the optimal constants for the general case (infinite-dimensional \(l_{p}\) spaces) is still an open and exciting problem. The paper is well written and presents a nice balance of computational and analytical tools. It is certainly a valuable source of information for those interested in the subject.
