The author investigates a game problem with \(N\) players and a major one, called the Principal, who can establish the rules of the game. He introduces the mean field payoff of the principal, and proves the continuity and the existence of minimum for this payoff. Some considerations on a different possible approach to the problem using the Hamilton Jacobi Bellman optimization are also given.
