Let \(S\) be a partially ordered monoid (pomonoid for short) acting on the right on a poset \(A\) so that the action is monotonic in each variable. The right act \(A_S\) is said to be GP-po-flat if, for all \(a,a'\in A\) and \(s\in S\), \(a\otimes s\leq a'\otimes s\) in \(A\otimes_SS\) implies that there is a natural number \(n\) such that \(a\otimes s^n\leq a'\otimes s^n\) in \(A\otimes_SSs^n\). Several other results characterizing homological properties of a pomonoid \(S\) in terms of internal properties of \(S\) are given in the paper. The following is a sample of the main results: a characterization of when the direct product of every nonempty family of GP-po-flat right \(S\)-posets is GP-po-flat; if \(1\) is incomparable with other elements of~\(S\), then every principal left ideal \(I\) of~\(S\) is strongly flat if and only if every such \(I\) satisfies condition (P) and \(S^n\) is GP-po-flat for every natural number \(n\).
