The paper deals with the following Kazdan-Warner type equation \(\Delta u=c-h(x)e^u\) on a finite graph, where \(\Delta\) is the graph Laplacian and \(c\) is a constant. Under various conditions the authors obtain existence and nonexistence results. The technique is based on the calculus of variations and a method of upper and lower solutions.
