The purpose of this paper is to study the nonlinear Schrödinger equation \[ iu_t( t , x ) +u_{xx}( t , x )+u^2(t , x )\overline{u}(t ,- x)=0.\tag{1} \] The main theorem proves the local well-posedness for initial data \(u_0\in H^1 (\mathbb{R})\) and blow-up instability of (1). The proof uses Sobolev embedding theorem, Strichartz's estimate, Gagliardo-Nirenberg inequality, dominated convergence theorem.
