The author considers a version of Blecher and Labuschagne's Beurling theorem for semifinite von Neumann algebras. The author proves the Beurling-Blecher-Labuschagne theorem for \(L^p(\mathcal{M},\tau)\) when \(1\leq p\leq\infty\). Moreover, he discusses some application of these results to invariant subspaces for analytic crossed products and discusses the results for the Schatten \(p\)-class.
