The authors consider the three dimensional incompressible magneto-hydrodynamics equations in some new critical space, i.e., the Fourier-Herz space. Then, in the framework of the Fourier-Herz space, the results about local existence and uniqueness, global existence with small initial data, and the blow-up criterion, specially the blow-up criterion depending only on velocity field, are established, which are similar with that in other critical spaces.
