Let \(f(x)\) be a real-valued continuous function on \([0,\infty)\) and \(\displaystyle s(x)=\int_0^x f(u)du\). We set \[ \sigma_\alpha^x=\int_0^x\left(1-{u\over x}\right)^\alpha f(u)du, \] where \(\alpha>-1\). An improper integral \[ \int_0^\infty f(x)dx \] is said to be \((C, \alpha)\) integrable to \(L\) for some \(\alpha>-1\) if \[ \lim_{x\to\infty}\sigma_\alpha(x)=L.\tag{2} \] The \((C,\alpha)\) integrability method is regular; i.e., \[ \lim_{x\to\infty}s(x)=L \tag{3} \] implies (2). The converse of the implication \((3)\Rightarrow(2)\) is not generally true. In this paper the authors give some Tauberian theorems from \((C,\alpha+k)\) integrability to \((C,\alpha)\) integrability when \(\tau_{\alpha+1}(x)=o(1)\) or \(\tau_{\alpha+1}(x)\) is slowly decreasing. And then they give short proofs of some classical Tauberian theorems as special cases of some of their results.
