The first author, with various co-authors, has written a series of papers on several fractional transforms (Fourier, Bessel, Hankel, Hankel-Clifford), investigating either the transforms themselves, or wavelet transforms based on them. The present paper is a continuation of [Boll. Unione Mat. Ital. 9, No. 3, 323--339 (2016; Zbl 1365.46037)], where the fractional Hankel transform is introduced. It is applied here to define a fractional (continuous) wavelet transform depending on five parameters. The authors derive various properties, such as Parseval relations and inversion formulas, and compute the transform of three sample functions.
