The author considers radial singular solutions of the equation \(\Delta^{2}u=-\frac{1}{u^{p}}\) in \(\mathbb{R}^{N}\) with \(u>0\), \(p>0\). It is proved that the above equation admits no radial singular solution for \(N = 3\), \(p\geq 3\), by using some elementary ordinary differential equation arguments. In addition, for \(p = 1\), \(N\geq 4\), the author establishes the exact asymptotic behavior of the radial singular solutions as \(r\rightarrow 0\); there is a significant difference to the explicit singular solution. The main result is Theorem 1.1, the proof of which proof is technical and interesting.
