In [\textit{V. I. Arnold} et al., Singularities of differentiable maps, Volume 1. Classification of critical points, caustics and wave fronts. Transl. from the Russian by Ian Porteous, edited by V. I. Arnol'd. Reprint of the 1985 hardback edition. Boston, MA: Birkhäuser (2012; Zbl 1290.58001)] Arnold, Gusein-Zade and Varchenko proved that a monomial basis of moduli algebra \(A_{f_0}\) of the quasihomogeneous part \(f_0\) of a semiquasihomogeneous singularity \(f\) is also a basis of moduli algebra \(A_f\), that is, the dimensions of moduli algebra \(A_{f_0}\) and \(A_f\) are the same. In this paper, the authors analyse a type of non semiquasihomogeneous singularity. They obtain that the dimensions do not equal. Furthermore, this article shows that the so-called \textit{defect} of singularity \(f\) is the difference between the dimension of moduli algebra \(A_{f_0}\) and the dimension of moduli algebra \(A_f\). When the quasihomogeneous part \(f_0\) is a Brieskorn-Pham singularity, the authors present a monomial basis of moduli algebra \(A_f\). Moreover, with additional conditions, they obtain another basis for the moduli algebra \(A_f\), namely, a paralleleppipedal basis.
