This paper investigate divisors on the blow-up along \(\mathbb{P}^3\) along \(s\) general lines. Denote \(X_s\) to be the blow-up along \(\mathbb{P}^3\) along \(s\) lines in general position. As the first theorem, it is shown that \(X_s\) is weak Fano (i.e. \(-K_{X_s}\) is nef and big) if and only if \(s \leq 6\). Note that \((-K_{X_s})^3>0\) if and only if \(s\leq 6\), it suffices to show that \(-K_{X_s}\) is nef if \(s\leq 6\). To show the nefness, it suffices to test the intersection number of \(-K\) with curves in its base locus. This is done by two lemmas given in section 3 which describes the base locus of a given divisor. As a corollary, \(X_s\) is a Mori dream space if \(s \leq 6\). Then cones of effective divisors of \(X_s\) are studied. A full discreption is given for the facets of the effective cone of \(X_s\) for \(s\leq 5\).
