The main object of the present paper is to construct a 2-codimensional CR-structure on the slit tangent bundle \(T_0M\) of a Finsler manifold \((M,F)\) of dimension \(m\). Let \(\Gamma\) be the Liouville vector field, \(S_F\) the geodesic spray, \(N^i_j\) the Cartan nonlinear connection, \(R^h_{ij}\) the curvature of \(N^i_j\), \(\Psi_F\) the almost-complex structure associated to \(F\) and \(G_F(x,y)\) the induced metric on \(T_0M\). Let \(\xi_1=S_F, \, \xi_2=\Gamma, \, \eta^1=\frac{1}{F^2}y_idx^i, \, \eta^2=\frac{1}{F^2}y_i\delta y^i\). The vector 1-form \(\varphi:=\Psi_F+\eta^1\otimes\xi_2-\eta^2\otimes\xi_1\) defines an \(f\)-structure (\(\varphi^3+\varphi=0\)) and the data \((\varphi,\xi_1,\xi_2,\eta_1,\eta_2)\) is a framed \(f\)-structure on \(T_0M\). The structural distribution \(D_F=\ker \eta^1\bigcap\ker\eta^2=\{\xi_1\}^{\bot G_F}\bigcap\{\xi_2\}^{\bot G_F}\) is a distribution of dimension \((2m-2)\) on \(T_0M\). The main result of the paper is the following result: Theorem. Let the curvature tensor \(R^i_{jk}\) have the form \(R^i_{jk}=\lambda(X^i_k\, y_j - X^i_j\, y_k)\), where \(\lambda(x,y)\) is a smooth function on \(T_0M\) and the tensor fields \(X^i_j(x,y); i,j=1, \dots,m\), satisfy \(y_i X^i_j= y_j\). Then, the pair \((D_F,\Psi_F|_{D_F})\) is a CR-structure on \(T_0M\). The condition of the theorem is satisfied in dimension two or if \((M,F)\) is of scalar flag curvature, which in the Riemanian case reduces to constant sectional curvature. This CR-structure is finally generalized by using one positive parameter but under more restrictive conditions.
