Spatial dynamics of multilayer cellular neural networks (Q1702984): Difference between revisions

In this paper, multilayer cellular neural networks are studied. Spatial dynamics of the proposed models is investigated. The authors construct front-like solutions of such nets by combining the leftward and righward traveling wave fronts with positive speeds. First, several comparison theorems are proposed for the model under consideration and the corresponding linear system. Then, based on these theorems appropriate sub-solutions are constructed and upper estimates for the existence of entire solutions are obtained. Asymptotic properties of front-like entire solutions are presented as well.
