In this paper, the authors compute the monodromy data for the following special case of the generalized Lamé equation when its monodromy is reducible but not completely reducible \[ \begin{aligned} y''(z)=[2 \wp(z) + \frac{3}{4}(\wp(z+p)+\wp(z-p))\\ +A(\zeta(z+p)-\zeta(z-p))+B]\,y(z) \end{aligned} \] in the flat torus \(E_{\tau}=\mathbb{C}\,/\Lambda_{\tau}\) with \(\Lambda_{\tau}=\mathbb{Z}+\mathbb{Z}\,\tau,\,\tau\in\mathbb{H}= \{\tau\quad|\quad Im\, \tau > 0\}\). They also solve the corresponding Riemann-Hilbert problem using the connection between the Painlevé VI equation and the pointed Lamé equation.
