In this paper, the authors provide a necessary and sufficient condition for a general spherically symmetric Finsler metric to be locally dually flat. This condition comprises a system of two partial differential equations. By solving these equations, the authors construct a group of new locally dually flat general spherically symmetric Finsler metrics. The paper ends with some explicit interesting examples.
