The authors consider a chemotaxis system with two chemicals studied in [\textit{K. Fujie} and \textit{T. Senba}, J. Differ. Equations 263, No. 1, 88--148 (2017; Zbl 1364.35120)], where in the (critical) four-dimensional radial case, a threshold value (for the global existence vs finite time blowup of solutions) of the total mass appears. Under the homogeneous Neumann conditions (different than those of mixed type considered by K. Fujie and T. Senba), the existence of a global in time, uniformly bounded solution is shown, assuming smallness of the initial data. An interpolation inequality by \textit{X. Cao} [``An interpolation inequality and its application in Keller-Segel model'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1707.09235}] is a new ingredient in the reasonings.
