This article presents some results on the extension to isolated singularities for classes of harmonic, subharmonic and holomorphic functions. The starting point is a result of \textit{P. Blanchet} [Complex Variables, Theory Appl. 26, No. 4, 311--322 (1995; Zbl 0840.31003)] which states that hypersurfaces of class $C^1$ are removable for subharmonic functions under certain conditions. The author obtains that a similar result holds in case where smooth hypersurfaces are replaced with exceptional sets of Hausdorff dimension at most $n-1$. The study is further carried over to harmonic and holomorphic functions.
