    The authors prove a Liouville-type theorem for the stationary Navier-Stokes equations in \(\mathbb{R}^3\). Let the vector \(u\) and the scalar function \(p\) satisfy to the equations \[ -\Delta u+(u\cdot\nabla)u+\nabla p=0,\quad \mbox{div}\,u=0,\quad \mbox{in}\ \mathbb{R}^3 \] and \[ u(x)\rightarrow 0\ \mbox{as}\ \vert x\vert\rightarrow\infty. \] Suppose there exists a potential \(V\in C^\infty(\mathbb{R}^3;\mathbb{R}^{3\times 3})\) of vector \(u\), i.e. \(\nabla\cdot V=u\) and tensor \(V\) satisfies to the mean oscillation condition \[ \left( \frac{1}{\vert B(r)\vert}\int\limits_{B(r)}\big\vert V-V_{B(r)}\big\vert^{s}dx\right)^{\frac{1}{s}}\leq Cr^{\alpha(s)}\ \forall r\ 1<r<\infty, \] where \[ 3<s<\infty,\quad \alpha(s)=\min\left\{\frac{s-3}{3s},\frac{1}{6}\right\}, \] \(B(r)\) denotes the ball of radius \(r\) with the center at origin, \(\vert B(r)\vert\) is the volume of \(B(r)\), \(V_{B(r)}\) is the average value of tensor \(V\) on the ball \(B(r)\), i.e. \[ V_{B(r)}=\frac{1}{\vert B(r)\vert}\int\limits_{B(r)} V(x)dx. \] In this case \(u\equiv0\).
