In this technical paper the authors develop a new and computationally effective method based on the Cachazo-He-Yuan (CHY) technique to compute the tree-level scattering amplitude of two massive scalars and in principle arbitrary number of gravitons in $D$ dimensions. This quantity is the tree-level approximation of the scattering amplitude associated with a scattering process of two massive bodies without spin in a quantum field theoretic formulation of general relativity.
