In [\textit{S. Bouarroudj} et al., SIGMA, Symmetry Integrability Geom. Methods Appl. 5, Paper 060, 63 p. (2009; Zbl 1220.17010)] a classification of finite-dimensional Lie superalgebras with indecomposable Cartan matrix over an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(p>0\) was obtained. In the present paper the authors concentrate on exceptional (not entering infinite series) finite-dimensional modular Lie superalgebras with indecomposable Cartan matrix. They ``give the explicit list of its roots, and the corresponding Chevalley basis, for one of its inequivalent Cartan matrices, namely the one corresponding to the greatest number of mutually orthogonal isotropic odd simple roots.''
