Let \(\mu\) be a compactly supported probability measure on \(\mathbb{R}^n\). The measures \(\mathcal{H}^{q,t}_{\mu}\) and \(\mathcal{P}^{q,t}_{\mu}\) are multifractal generalizations of the centered Hausorff measure and of the packing measure, respectively (they are metric outer measures on the Borel family of subsets of \(\mathbb{R}^n\)). For \(E\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) we put \(b^q_{\mu}(E)=\inf\{t\in \mathbb{R}; \mathcal{H}^{q,t}_{\mu}(E)=0\}\) and \(b_{\mu}(q)=b_{\mu}^q(\text{supp } \mu)\) (the number \(b^q_{\mu}(E)\) is a multifractal analogue of the Hausdorff dimension \(\text{dim}_H(E)\)). The main result states that if \(E\) is a homogeneous Moran set satisfying the strong separation condition and \(\mu\) is the Moran measure on \(E\) then, for all \(p,q\in \mathbb{R}\) with \(\beta'(p)\neq \beta'(q) \) hold \(\mathcal{H}^{p,\beta(p)}_{\mu}\perp \mathcal{H}^{p,\beta(q)}_{\mu}\) and \(\mathcal{P}^{p,\beta(p)}_{\mu}\perp \mathcal{P}^{p,\beta(q)}_{\mu}\) on \(E\). It is the answer to \textit{L. Olsen}'s questions posed in [Adv. Math. 116, No. 1, 82--196 (1995; Zbl 0841.28012)].
