The study is focused on the adaptive control of TS fuzzy model with interval uncertainties of parameters. The model is governed by the rules whose conditions are described by fuzzy sets while the conclusion part is formed as a differential equation in the form $dx_m/dt = (A_i+\Delta A_i)x_m(t)+(B_i+\Delta B_i)x_m(t-h(t))+C(t)-u(t)$ ($i$-th rule); $A_i$ and $B_i$ are known state matrices, $C(t)$ is a periodic disturbance, and $u(t)$ denotes control. The time-varying delay $h$ is bounded. The design of the fuzzy controller is presented and it is demonstrated that the error dynamics is globally asymptotic. Three numeric examples are covered (including the Lorenz chaotic system).
